Each tenant in this cluster is dedicated to a single customer, with a dedicated database and complete isolation between customers.

Each cluster receives both software and infrastructure-as-code updates from our central repository, ensuring that all cluster around the world are up to date in no time, even if we do not own them.Overt The Air update but at cloud provider level!
This means any deployed cluster will automatically pull and apply all available updates. All running clusters will receive updates simultaneously and apply them during the local unavailability window set for the cluster.
Since it’s all based on standard Kubernetes and Postgres capabilities, it can be scaled down to run anywhere with the same offering, including On Prem. We don’t have access to your local cluster, yet you receive the same customer experience as our cloud-hosted customers.
And because it is the same technology in cloud as On Prem, our On Prem offer will never disappear.
